Welcome!

I’m rebecca, a berkeley-based psychotherapist, ketamine-assisted therapist, and trauma-informed yoga & Mindfulness instructor.

i am here to help you heal, grow, and thrive.

Perhaps you feel stuck, drained, or overwhelmed. Maybe you have a sense that life could feel different, better, or somehow more enlivened than it currently does. I strive to create a safe container to help you access the parts of you that are innately whole, connected, and oriented toward the North Star in your night sky.

I believe that under the right conditions, with the right tools, and through the right relationships, each of us is capable of the healing, growing, and thriving that we seek. Through empathic attunement and active collaboration, I hope to help you learn to experience, explore, and nurture your most authentic self.

My approach integrates psychodynamic and existential-humanistic theory, and utilizes trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, internal family systems (IFS), and cognitive behavioral (i.e. ACT, DBT) interventions. I specialize in supporting highly sensitive and growth-oriented individuals who have struggled to find their way, or have endeavored to do so in spite of great obstacles.

With a background in the arts, trauma-informed yoga, and working with non-ordinary states of consciousness, I believe creativity, somatic awareness, and spirituality can greatly inform mental health and well-being. I welcome the exploration of these experiences in our work together, as I help you move toward a life of greater fulfillment, meaning, and joy.

“But little by little, as you left their voices behind, the stars began to burn through the sheets of clouds and there was a new voice which you slowly recognized as your own.”
